Adj Asst Prof Llewellyn Lee
Senior Consultant, NHG Eye Institute @ Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH)

Adj Asst Prof Llewellyn Lee is currently a senior consultant with National Healthcare Group Eye Institute @ Tan Tock Seng Hospital. He completed a year-long fellowship in Seoul under the esteemed Professor Kim Yoon Duck at Samsung Medical Center, and has a sub-specialty interest in oculoplastics.

As Head of Training & Education, as well as the Inaugural Programme Director of the NHG Ophthalmology Residency Programme under the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education International (ACGME-I) System, he oversees the training of future ophthalmologists that come through our department. He has also been an invited speaker, and presented oculoplastics papers and posters at international ophthalmic conferences.




Dr Eugenie Poh
Senior Consultant, NHG Eye Institute @ Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH)

Dr Poh Wei Ting Eugenie completed her Oculoplastics, Orbital and Adnexal Fellowship in Adelaide, South Australia. She is currently a Senior Consultant Ophthalmologist at the National Healthcare Group Eye Institute, practicing in the Department of Ophthalmology in Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She has a special interest in eyelid reconstruction and lacrimal surgery.




A/Prof Hunter Yuen
Consultant Ophthalmologist, Hong Kong Eye Hospital

A/Prof Hunter Yuen works as Consultant Ophthalmologist in Hong Kong Eye Hospital. He has published more than 70 peer reviewed international publications and book chapters. A/Prof Yuen has been invited as scientific committee members in numerous international meetings and has delivered numerous invited lectures. A/Prof Yuen is the current president of Asia Pacific Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (APSOPRS), vice president of International Society of Dacryology and Dry Eye (ISDDE) and secretary of Asia Pacific Society of Ocular Oncology and Pathology (APSOOP). A/Prof Yuen was elected as one of the Ten Young Outstanding Person in Hong Kong in 2007. With the outstanding involvement and achievements in numerous NGOs and charity activities, A/Prof Yuen was awarded with the Hong Kong Volunteer Award in 2011.

Senior Consultant and Head of Department, Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences Department, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH)
Visiting Consultant and Head of Oculoplastics Service, NHG Eye Institute @ Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH)

Adj A/Prof Yip is the Head and Senior Consultant at the Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences Department of Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) and Vice President, College of Ophthalmologists, Academy of Medicine Singapore. He is an Adjunct Associate Professor at both Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University. He was recognized with the American Academy of Ophthalmology Achievement Award (2008), American Academy of Ophthalmology International Ophthalmologist Education Award (2011), Eye and Visionary Award (2012) and KTPH Best Teachers Award (2014) for his contributions in ophthalmic education. He received the 2016 Special Recognition Award from the National University of Singapore for being a role model for the Medicine Graduating Class of 2016. He also received the 2017 Dean's Award for Teaching Excellence from Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. He has an educational research interest in effective teaching and learning.




Dr Heng Li Wei
Consultant, NHG Eye Institute @ Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH)

Dr Heng Li Wei is a Consultant with the National Healthcare Group Eye Institute at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She completed her medical school at National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2003, and was conferred the Master's degree in Medicine (Ophthalmology) in 2008. She attained Fellowship with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (Ophthalmology) in 2012 and is also a Fellow with the Academy of Medicine Singapore.

Dr Heng was awarded the Singapore Ministry of Health Manpower Development Programme (HMDP) scholarship in 2013 and subsequently underwent a 12-month clinical fellowship at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. She completed her Fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive and Orbital Surgery under the mentorship of Clinical Assistant Professor Yasser Khan and Professor John Harvey. 

Her areas of ophthalmic practice include general ophthalmology, cataracts, with Oculoplastics as her sub-specialty.



Dr Morgan Yang
Senior Consultant, Singapore National Eye Centre

Dr Morgan Yang qualified as an Ophthalmologist in 2010. He completed a local Oculoplastic Fellowship at the Singapore National Eye Centre in 2012 and went on to train in Amsterdam under the auspices of Professor Maarten and Dr Peerooz Saaed on the HMDP training award. Currently he is a Senior Consultant working in the Oculoplastic Service at the Singapore National Eye Centre. His research interests include thyroid eye disease, tears cytokine analysis and he is active in the education and training of medical students, residents and Oculoplastic fellows. 



Prof Ye Juan
Vice Chair of Eye Centre, Zhejiang University 

Prof Ye Juan is the Vice Chair of Eye Center, Zhejiang University and also the Dean of Oculoplastic and Orbital Disease Department. She specializes in Ophthalmic plastic, ocular oncology and ocular surface diseases. 

She is APSOPRS member, vice chairman of Chinese Oculoplastic and Orbital Disease Society, appointed chairman of Zhejiang Ophthalmological Society, committee member and expert committee member of Chinese Academy of Ophthalmology and editor of Chinese Journal of Ophthalmology.




Dr Jason Lee
Consultant, Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences Department,
Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH)

Dr Jason Lee is currently a Consultant at the Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences Department, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, Singapore. He graduated from the University of Melbourne, Australia and subsequently received his Master of Medicine in Ophthalmology in 2011. He was elected a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (UK) in 2015. Dr Lee underwent further sub-specialty training in Oculoplastics at the National Taiwan University Hospital, Taiwan, followed by a second fellowship with a focus on endoscopic lacrimal and orbital surgery at The Eye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, China.

Dr Lee is currently a clinical lecturer with the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. 

Dr Lee is a founding director of The Vision Mission, a non-profit humanitarian organization aimed at providing free basic eye care in Asian countries. He was awarded the Healthcare Humanity Award and the Young Eye Care Ambassador Award in 2016.
