Adjunct Associate Professor Augustinus Laude is Senior Consultant in the National Healthcare Group Eye Institute at Tan Tock Seng Hospital with clinical and research interests in cataracts, macula diseases and low vision.
He completed a 2-year fellowship in medical retina and ocular imaging at the Princess Alexandra Eye Pavilion, NHS Lothian, Edinburgh, UK and is dually appointed Adjunct Associate Professor at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and School of Materials Science and Engineering, Nanyang Technological University. He is also an inventor who held 3 patents and a licensing agreement for medical technology innovations developed with his collaborators.

A/Prof Colin Tan is the Head of the Fundus Image Reading Center, Deputy Head of Vitreoretina and Head of Research at the NHG Eye Institute. He is also an Associate Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and Senior Consultant ophthalmologist from NHG Eye Institute, Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
A/Prof Tan manages patients with retinal conditions such as polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy, age related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and other retinal vascular diseases. He has over 170 publications in international journals and has presented his research at various international conference. In addition to an active clinical practice and research, A/Prof Tan also has a keen interest in education and has received education awards such as the Dean's Award for Excellence in Teaching from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Top Ten Teachers Award from Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
Dr Rajesh Rajagopalan

Dr Rajesh is currently a Senior Consultant at the National Healthcare Group Eye Institute @ Tan Tock Seng Hospital. He completed his postgraduate training in ophthalmology at Madras Medical College and Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, Chennai, India. He was a university topper in his post graduate diploma in ophthalmology and was the best outgoing student of his batch during his Master of Surgery (ophthalmology). He underwent vitreo-retinal fellowship training at Sydney Eye Hospital, Sydney. He is also quality reporting officer for the department. His special interest is in diabetic retinopathy but is also very experienced in the management of vitreo-retinal conditions and age-related macular degeneration.
Dr Karen Chia
Consultant, NHG Eye Institute @ Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH)
Dr Karen Chia is a Consultant with the National Healthcare Group Eye Institute at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She graduated from the National University of Singapore and was awarded Master of Medicine (Ophthalmology) from the National University of Singapore. She is a Member of the Royal College of Edinburgh and elected Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh upon completion of her specialist training. She completed her clinical fellowship in medical retina at Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
Her areas of ophthalmic practice include general ophthalmology, cataracts and medical retina. She is part of the Singapore Integrated Diabetic Retinopathy Programme (SiDRP) team and helps oversee its training and auditing. She is active in teaching medical students, junior doctors and nurses. She is part of the team that pioneered nurse-led intravitreal injections in Singapore.
She is active in research and has presented at multiple local and international Ophthalmology conferences.
Ms Chow Peck Foong

Ms Chow Peck Foong is a Registered Senior Staff Nurse at NHG Eye Institute @ Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She has been working at the Eye Clinic at Tan Tock Seng Hospital for 10 years.
Her curiosity in eye led her to further her studies in ophthalmic nursing overseas years ago. She was given the opportunity to be trained to deliver intravitreal injections for patients with macular diseases.
Ms Vanessa Lim

Vanessa Lim is a Senior Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Davidson LLP's Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.
Vanessa has a particular interest in professional negligence, and focuses on medical malpractice. She has advised and acted for hospitals and doctors in medical negligence suits in both the High Court and State Courts. She also represents medical practitioners in professional disciplinary proceedings commenced by the Singapore Medical Council and advises them on regulatory investigations. To date, she has worked with doctors from various practice areas including obstetrics and gynaecology, ophthalmology, paediatrics, cardiology, general surgery, emergency medicine, psychiatry, aesthetics practice and family medicine.
Apart from contentious medical malpractice work, Vanessa has advised healthcare institutions on matters including internal processes and protocols.
Vanessa was awarded a LL.M. in Medical Law (Distinction) from King's College London and was also the prize-winner for best student in the LL.M. in Medical Law course in 2011.
Ms Chiang Mui Leng

Ms Chiang Mui Leng is a Nursing Officer at NHG Eye Institute @ Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
She had completed Ophthalmic eye nursing at Level 3 at Moorfields Eye Hospital, London in September 2003. She subsequently did another course on professional development in diabetes at level 3 in 2004. She came back to Tan Tock Seng Hospital and worked as Senior Staff Nurse on 14th February 2005.
She was promoted as a Nurse Manager for TTSH Eye Centre in 2008.
Ms Lim Siew Geok

Principal Nurse Educator, Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH)
As a Principal Nurse Educator, she is the key driver in the development of training curricula to build capabilities of nurses specialising in glaucoma care and enabling nurses to perform intravitreal injection in eye clinic TTSH. She holds a master in instructional design and technology and has keen interest to develop and use technology in the development of education programmes for healthcare providers. Collaborated with the medical team, she has developed several inter-professional training programs using simulation and gaming pedagogy in training management to enable the capabilities of nurses and doctors in the management of patient in crisis. She is adjunct lecturer to SIT and NHG College and has been an invited to GIHep nursing, TNT nutrition course teaching, Serious Game conference.
